The History of Beanfest
IN JANUARY 2010 ROB “BEAN” CROOK TRAGICALLY LOST HIS LIFE IN A ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT AT THE YOUNG AGE OF 23. BELOVED BY EVERYONE WHO KNEW HIM, ROB’S FRIENDS AND FAMILY RALLIED ROUND TO ORGANISE A MUSICAL CELEBRATION IN HIS MEMORY, WHILE RAISING MONEY FOR BLUEBELL WOOD CHILDREN’S HOSPICE… BEAN FEST WAS BORN!
Each year we pulled together as a group to make Bean Fest bigger and better – a tribute to a great guy we sadly lost, a celebration of music, and an opportunity to raise funds for a great cause. Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years – we couldn’t have done it without you!
